The Vista View ™ Saber HB-220™ turns your computer into a dual digital PVR.  The dual hybrid tuner gives you the best of both worlds.  Two high quality Silicon Tuners that can be configured as Digital Tuners (DVB-T) or Analog tuners (PAL/NTSC/SECAM). The upcoming release of Vista will allow you to configure one Digital and one Analog.

 

Advanced Hardware Encoding gives you the finest picture without slowing your PC down.  When the Saber HB-220™ is in Analog configuration, it uses the acclaimed NXP hardware encoder with 3D Y/C Separation and hard ware noise reduction.  This provides you with the best picture possible without taxing the computers CPU.  The Saber HB-220 easily handles 2 simultaneous recordings with encoding.

 

Digital TV DVB-T support for all resolutions.  The Saber HB-220 is also a high quality digital tuner which supports even the highest 1080p HDTV standards.  Capture the digital picture in the full resolution that is transmitted in.

 

Multiple analog inputs mean that you will always have the right connection for your Saber HB-220. The HB-220 provides S-Video, Composite Video inputs for both tuners.  1 Component Video (RGB) input. You always have the right connection.

 One RF input is all you need. No need for many RF inputs.  One RF connector powers both tuners for Analog TV, Digital TV and FM Radio.  Now need for splitters and connector. 

The PCIe (PCI express) bus ensures video quality.  With PCIe other cards in the computer can not interfere with the video transport to the computer.  Since the tuner gets a dedicated channel to the CPU, other cards can not interfere by ‘stealing’ bus cycles.

 Easy installation of drivers. The Saber HB-220™ comes with Microsoft Vista certified drivers, which work flawlessly with Microsoft® Vista Media Center and XP-MCE
