Is the Saber DA-1N1-I or Saber DA-1N1-E a Cable Card or Clear QAM card ? No, the Saber DA-1N1-I/E is not a Cable Card. Yes. The tuner is capable of Clear QAM. You need to have Vista and TV Pack 2008 and the patch that can be found in the download section of our site. The one caveat is that TV Pack 2008 makes 2 ATSC tuners impossible. So if you have 2 tuner cards, Vista will only see 1 QAM tuner.
