I don't have a Set Top Box. Will the Saber 2020 work? Do I need a cable splitter ? Yes your Saber 2020 will work. You will not need a cable splitter. The Saber 2020 has two RF inputs on the back. One is for TV the other is for FM. You can attach your antenna (or analog cable) input to the TV RF input. The card has an internal splitter. In the newest drivers TV is attached to RF2 (the top input). This is opposite to the instruction manual.
